Error 80070436 when trying to download drivers for sis 7012

This error message appears every time and when i try to download from sis
themselves it wont installi keep getting thie message "the name is already in
use as either a service name or a service display name"

I'm confused - please help

Please consult with the device manufacturer to make sure that on your
system, the update at the Windows Update site is the best one for your
system. If not, it is best to check with the manufacturer periodically for
the best update--especially if Windows Update lists the update as critical
(due to functionality reasons), and you have not been experiencing any
problems with your system.

This is not to say never install driver updates from Windows Update, just
that the combination of environments may not make it the most ideal driver
for your system.
