There should be some log files in "D:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL
Server\90\Setup
Bootstrap\LOG\Hotfix\SQL9Express_Hotfix_KB921896_S QLEXPR.EXE
SQL Express Features", open up the log files in this folder and search for
"value 3". Please paste the contents of the 20 lines before "value 3" to the
newsgroups.
