Hi,

I have been using active sync for awhile and everything was fine pushing my
email through work. Last week I had to change my remote mail to go through
SSL and now I cannot get my work email on my phone. BUT I can get it through
a web browser, The blackberry (web client) users in our company can get their
email pushed but when i try i get error 80072f17. It seems this error has to
do with certificates. I checked my phone and I have the necessary root certs
and they are valid, i even copied certs from my computer (since it can get
in) and installed them on my phone because the computer can get on.

I know it has to do with SSL since I was fine before and now I cannot get
email but I have tried multiple login methods and nothing works. Meaning
with ssl, without ssl, changing the connectioon settings, with internet, work
network, auto, com1 etc...

Server 2003
Windows Mobile 6.1

Any help would be graetly appreciated.
Thanks,
Matt

I have the exact same problem. First I had 80072f0d which I solved by
installing our SSLcert on the mobile device. After that I get the same error
as Matt. The only diff is that I have a Mobile 6.0 device.
