Accidentally confused my e-mail addresses in the first
post. This is the same post but with the correct e-mail address (minus the -removethis, of course). Whenever I try to connect to Windows Update v5, it asks me to install the BITS update. As many times as I try, the update always fails to download and I get error message 80072F78 - which is not listed too many places in MS support. Any other updates fail similarly. Automatic Updates also does not work. I have changed nothing on my computer - the only difference is WU being v5. I have a firewall and I make sure to disable it. I have a router, but it's never given me problems with WU or any other site before.
