Error 8007F0CB when installing SP@ for windows XP

I have tried to install Service Pack 2 for windows XP a million times and
whenever i do, it gets around 1/4 of the way done and then it says that it
cannot be installed because of this code error; 8007F0CB.

Can anyone help me with this problem?
