Make sure these services are not disabled (Start, Run, type: Services.msc)

Background Intelligent Transfer Service(BITS)
Cryptographic Services
Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
System Restore Service

BTW, Panda is a software company just like Symantec.
http://www.pandasoftware.com/com/

When I had this error (running Norton's at the time), I cleared out the
Windows\Softwaredistribution\download folder and then rebooted.
I then went to Windows Update site and selected Custom and then did the updates from
there.
If you wish to try this, then see the following:-

Stop the Automatic Updates service

Click Start, Choose Run.
In the Run box, type services.msc.
Click OK.
Right-click the Automatic Updates service.
Click Stop.
Stopping the service will take a moment.

Delete the contents of the Download folder
Click Start. Choose Run.
In the Run box, type %windir%\SoftwareDistribution
Click OK.
Open the Download folder.
Delete all contents of the Download folder.
Close the window.

Start the Automatic Updates service
Click Start. Choose Run.
In the Run box, type services.msc.
Click OK.
Right-click the Automatic Updates service.
Click Start.
Starting the service will take a moment.

TaurArian, Thank you, sir. Thank you for your kind assistance but i still
have something want to make it more clear.

1. Is that "not disabled" means started?
2. I cant stop the auto update function, since it will on again after
restarted my computer! Why?
3. I clean the whole download folder already, but still waiting for the next
updated program ( now there are no updated program need to download)

What should i do now, and how can i know its function or not?
Thank you.

To get Windows Update to re-offer updates:-
Click Start, select Run and then type in: wuauclt.exe /detectnow

Services mentioned should read: Status: started, Startup type: automatic

If the above hasn't helped, run the Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer.
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sec...2/default.mspx
Which will advise and if necessary install needed updates.

Automatic update should remain started and on automatic.

The error message is 80200010. I do not have Panda. How do I get these
updates?
