Error 80200013, now how do I install SP2?

My computer tried to install SP2 using live update and
the installation failed, giving Error Code 80200013. Now
live update won't install SP2 and I can't find anywhere
on the MS site that I can download it from. How do I go
about restarting the installation for SP2?

Your Error code leads me to provide you with the following information...

BITS uses range header in HTTP requests to request parts of a file. If the
server or proxy doesn't understand Range requests and returns full file
instead of the requested range, BITS puts the job in ERROR state. Apache 1.3
proxy is known to show this behaviour if the requested file is already in
the cache.

So, basically it means to check your proxy/server settings...

Can I ask how your internet is set up, i.e. do you connect directly to the
internet or do you indeed go through a server/proxy?

Thank You for your response David. My new Dell Deminsion 8400 is set up to
connect to the internet thru dial-up with SBC Yahoo. When checking my
proxy/server settings, what should I look for?

Tim (and others), do you have a firewall? I got the same error code and
suspect the SP2 download was blocked by my Norton Personal Firewall which
detected that Windows Update was trying to upload a credit card number(!). I
have asked MS Support about this problem and will repost if I learn something.
