Error 8024002D - Wndows Vista

I too keep getting asked for a disc I do not have. I have also gone and
downloaded the full XP Office Service Pack 3 only to not have it recognized
by my brand new Dell. After the 3rd time - I give up and must ask for help.
Please . . . done anyone have a solution that works?
