i had the sae probem , and through many hours of messing round, i think ive
spotted the problem.
check your C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files
or something like that...
heck it for damaged files, i.e. right click, then properties
look around this menu for a dependency tab, and see if that says damaged
mine was an
'shock wave flash object'
i saw a tutorial sawing to delete any damaged files in this directory, and
then restart and try again.
however, you cant delete them.
im still searching for a way
