Error 80246008 and Error 1068 on BITS

Im having problems with Vista at the moment, i dont know what to do.

Im trying to install the new updates and it will not let me download them,
comes up with Error 80246008, i research this error and go to Services,
Properties of "BITS" and try to Start it and change from Automatic (Delayed)
to Auto to Manuel and nothing seems to be working.

Still no hope on getting the Updates for Vista.

I have the same problem with Windows XP SP2 trying to download from Windows
Update. So far nothing has worked to get the BITS started and I'm tired of
trying (days so far). I contacted ms support and their suggestions haven't
fixed it yet. I'm waiting to hear more from them. Hopefully they will come
up with something to fix it.

Got the same problem.. wonder how to fix.. can anyone help us? plz coz i cant update my computer

NVM, already fix it... my COM+Event was disable thats why
