Error 81000395: You cannot sign in to Windows Live Messenger

Hey, i've been experiencing this problem since early yesterday afternoon, so
basicly 24 hours now!

After about 3 seconds of attempting to sign in, this comes up

"Signing in to Windows Live Messenger failed because the service is
temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

Error Code: 81000395"

I've tried other accounts but with them the buddy just continously spins..
there is one account that does sign in but it hasn't got any of my contacts
on and I really do need my original account back and working!

I've tried soo many times, done the troubleshooting, done the connectivity
troubleshooter.. all fine!

Can someone please please help? it's driving me crazy! thanks a million
