I have a client with a Sprint Mogul phone. When we had things connected just
to Outlook and a .PST file the sync was fine. When we upgraded to Exchange
Server 2003 the phone stopped connecting to Exchange and now all her
contacts are gone on the phone.
How can I resync the WM6 phone with Exchange? I looked up this error code
and found the following possible options:
1. Verify server name is entered correct.
2. There is no connection available for the device to communicate with the
server.
3. The user has more than 372 top level folders in their mailbox and is
using a Windows Mobile 2002-based device.
How do I verify the server name? WHere is that in WM6? How do I reset the
user login information for Exchange (this is most likely the cause as her
phone does not currently have any login credentials setup for Exchange.)
I cannot find this information on the web so far. Any help is GREATLY
appreciated!
