Error 8x0072EE2

Every time I try to update, I get the same error message..."library download
error and timed out". I've tried all the MS "fixes". Here are the last
lines of my update file:

Success IUENGINE Download destination root folder is: C:\WUTemp

80072ee2 is ERROR_INTERNET_TIMEOUT, which indicates connection issues.
could you open up a browser and try to download
http://download.windowsupdate.com/ms...4c54ebd258.exe
manually?
If it downloads successfully, please go to windows update site and try
again.

The new MS upgrade site sems to have solved my problerm after months.
