Error After Windows Update upgrade

Hello all,

Mybe someone could help me out. I am running w2000 box with sp2 . I just
went to the windows update site. It asked me if I wanted to update my windows
update client. I said "yes" then installed it. Once it was installed I went
to see if their was any updates. Now I'm getting "Error # 0x80070020"

"The website has encountered a problem and cannot display the page you are
trying to view. The options provided below might help you solve the problem. "

Can someone tell me what's wrong. I need to figure this out because we have
at least 100+ computers that will be running windows update. I don't need
this error message poping up or not update my boxes.

I have had this problem when Windows Firewall is enabled. Disable it and try
again.
