Error to apply GPO

I've installed WSUS Server in my network and set gpo based on target name. A
lot of computers are updated with this group police and is working normally.
I've a domain controller that I'm getting the following error in the event
viewer:
Windows cannot query for the list of Group Policy objects . A message that
describes the reason for this was previously logged by this policy engine.
Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO The file must be present at
the location <>. (). Group Policy processing aborted.
Someone can give me a suggestion to solve this problem?
