Error Code: 0x529 for KBKB837253

I reinstalled Office XP on my laptop. I then went to windows update to make
sure all was updated. Everything did what it was suppose to. Windows updated
a lot of security fixes.. except for one. Everytime i turn my puter on I get
the yellow exclamation saying "updates are ready for your computer" I look
and its Office Xp update Kbkb837253. The few times i proceeded, it fails.
I finally came to the windows update site, and tried it manually, followed
the directions. Can't find anywhere on the board a solution, so here i am..
I'm really getting tired of seeing that Yellow exclamation point!! lol
