Recently all my updates have failed with Error Code: 0x57A. I am runneing XP
Pro SP3. What is the cause and how do I repair it?

I just wanted to show you how useless and incomplete a diagnostic
the error code could be.

You might be able to get more help by searching with the decimal
value though...
