hi can anyone help me with this, i have tryied to update my comp and i get
this error code and a failed message thanks wilf

What is your operating system including Service Pack Level (in other words
what version of windows are you running etc).
What is the "failed message", does it give any further clues?
What update is producing the error code?

Hi i am running windows xp service pack 1 i am trying to install the net
framework 1.1 and net framework 2 service packs thanks wilf
