Error Code: 0x643 when installing Security Update for Flash Player

I am running Windows XP x64 Edition when the automatic Security Update for
Flash Player (KB913433) tried to install on my system I got this error "Error
Code: 0x643 when installing Security Update for Flash Player"

View Objects
Right Click the Shockwave Flash Object and choose Update.

This should update it to version 8.0.24.0. I then done a Windows Update and
