Error Code: 0x643 Micorsoft Sercurity update KB953297

I am not able to install MS Security update software KB953297. I receive
error code 0x643. I need a solution.

I was getting error code Ox643 and am now getting error code Error Code:
0x66A as well

*PLEASE* ontact MS for no-charge support in getting this update
installed. It appears that they are not aware of these *ongoing issues*
when Users systems try to install .NET Security updates.
By calling them, they will be aware of these *ongoing issues* each and
every time a .NET Security update is pushed out:

There are always an inordinate amount of posts dealing with the
installation of .NET Security updates. It's time that MS was made aware
of these issues. If you don't call they will *never* understand that
this is an *ongoing issue* !
