Error Code 0x64C when installing Security

Update for Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 SP1 KB937061.
Anyone know of a fix?

For the .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1 update only:

The .NET Framework 2.0 SP1 installation fails on a computer that has the
..NET Framework 2.0 installed...
[download the Correction Tool cited in Workaround section, log on as Admin &
install]

For the other .NET Framework updates:

NB: Write down what .NET Framework versions are already installed before you
go uninstalling/removing any of them!
