Error Code 0x64C: KB936181 for SP2 XP Professional

Yellow shield keeps popping up, but download impossible. I have SP3. Why
receive this patch? Info: Patch has 0 Kb!!

0 KB means the update has already downloaded. The Resolution for
installing KB936181 is here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/941729

Download KB936181 from the links in the KB article and *save* it.
Check to see if KB936181 is listed as installed in Add/Remove Programs.
It will be listed as MXML 4.0 SP2 (KB936181); if it's listed, uninstall
it and then boot to Safe Mode:

*If* it's not listed, then it never installed properly.

Once in Safe Mode, rename msxml4.dll from a Command Prompt as laid out
in the MSKB. Reboot.
Next, install msxml4-KB936181-enu.exe, reboot again.
