Error code: 0x663 for Windows Update

When I use Windows update I keep getting told I need to install security
update for Net2.0. But the update will never install. I always get a failure
notice. Everyother update has always installed.

the failure gives Error Code: 0x663. Anybody know how to fix this so I can
install the update?
