Error code 0x80040154

Following the Genuine Software recommendations I have bought a internet
product key for XP professional. When I have downloaded a program to install
the new keys from http://microsoft.com/genuine/selfhel...tructions.aspx
the software does not run as it says there is the error code 0x80040154.
Any suggestions?
