To be more detailed the fllowing security updates were not installed:
Internet Explorer 7 for Windows XP (KB937143) Windows XP (KB936021) Outlook 2003 (KB936643) Office 2003 (KB936048) Excel 2003 (KB940602) Excel 2002 (KB940601) I have tried that: 'Click Start, select run and type the following (pressing okay after each one):- net.exe stop wuauserv regsvr32 wuapi.dll regsvr32 wups.dll regsvr32 wuaueng.dll regsvr32 wucltui.dll regsvr32 MSXML3.dll net.exe start wuauserv Try WU again' .............but still the same problem  Someone please help me!
