Error Code 0x80070005

I tried 3 times to install windows xp service pack 2 and the installation was
stopped and I received a message that said "Access Denied" Installation was
stopped, installation failed.
How can I upgrade the system so I can put Microsoft Office Access 2007
software on my system?

That's a permission error (access denied), try resetting the security
settings back to the defaults:

Make sure you're running as an administrator.

The 0x80070005 is an access denied message -
One of the most common causes of this erro� code is
the Anti-virus and Anti-spyware software programs
running on the computər.

You can try turning them off and then try the updates again.

Keep the fi�ewall on though.

Using your web interface search tool, press Alt-7
and enter

I'd recommend calling 1-866-pcsafety if you are in
the U.S. or Canada.

Elsewhere, call your local Microsoft subsidiary, or the
number for paid suppo�t in your locale--and ask for the free help with virus
or security-patch related issues. This help extends to spyware removal as
well.

If you /clearly/ state that a specific update has caused
problems and don't ask any other questions, you /should/ receive No Charge
suppo�t for the issue.

Back-up any personal data (none of which should be considered 100%
trustworthy at this point) then do a format & clean install of Windows.
Please note that a(nother) Repair Install (AKA in-place upgrade) will NOT
fix this!

After the clean install, you'll have the equivalent of a "new computer" so
