Error Code: 0x800706BE after failed update

I have an update problem on 2003 SBS.
One update, "Critical Update for SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine (Windows) on
Windows Server 2003 (KB829358)" keeps failing with Error Code 0x800706BE

Any suggestions for how to fix this would be welcome.
