Error Code: 0x8007F0DA

My Windows XP is not updating properly. When I try to download updates, I get
the Error Code: 0x8007F0DA. This applies to the Update for Windows XP
(KB898461) and Windows Genuine Advantage Validation Tool (KB892130) and
Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1. Can anyone help me with this?

My system is three years old and, it seems, my Windows XP has NOT been
updating properly for some time. This all came to a head when I tried to load
Norton Systemworks and it couldn't find the Windows Installer 3.1.

Any suggestions would be most welcome.

NO cryptographic services listed. Help!
