Error Code: 0x8007F0F4 and Security Update for Windows Server 2003

When trying to install Security Update for Windows Server 2003 (KB923810), it
fails with the following Error Code: 0x8007F0F4.

No, I never received a response. I finally decided to just do the steps in
the following article to uninstall the Kodak Image Viewer:
