i'm trying to reinstall a graphics controller, but it wont let me.i bought a
new graphics card but i can not install it without the graphics controller.
any suggestions?

No, because you are asking in the wrong newsgroup.
Why not ask the manufacturer as you seem to not let anybody know anything
about your system etc etc
