Error Code 0x802000010

I have Windows XP Home, auto updates turned on. I can download, but not
install SP2-get error code 0x80200010. I called microsoft to get the SP2 CD,
but they said they're not giving them out anymore. What does the error code
mean and how do I get SP2 to install?

Yes, I have Panda installed. I turned it off when I started up the internet,
and it was not running when I downloaded. I tried installing SP2 before I
put Panda on, and I recieved the same error code.

There is a specificied hotfix for your Antivirus software, for panda
antivirus platinum, check this link
