Ive looked at Event Viewer but im none the wiser! Any idea what I should be
looking for etc? Ive tried disabling various functions on Panda and then trying to install the windows updates (there are 9 in all) - says failed on each one every time. I cant understand this - obviously Panda is blocking it somehow but I dont know why or how? Ive looked on the allowed list on the firewall and there is a few entries for Microsoft all allowed. Thanks - I also cant understand why no-one else seems to have this problem! Which version of and, what is the name of the Panda software installed ? Other Panda Users have experienced the same issue that your system is now experiencing. Just do a Google search in Groups for that error message to confirm, it you so desire. Im using Platinum 2005 - I should have thought of the Google search. Did a
search and eventually came up with the following solution - the reason behind this code is that the program is out of date, if you are getting this problem you need to dl the updated version, this is the link - http://www.pandasoftware.com/Downloa...a=particulares This definitely works. Why Panda and/or Microsoft could not inform Panda users about this I do not know but at least the problem is solved now! Thanks to everyone who replied to my post.
