Error Code: 0x8024002D Update XP package 3 failure

I have been recieving an update failure when updating the above referenced. I
have an older 2002 windows XP. Please help anyone. In the update process,
new window appears stating to put in new disc? Please advise.

may be an issue with the Local Installation Source (LIS) is in a corrupted
state.
