Click on the Online Assisted Support link. You will get Microsoft Tech
support on the problem via email. Make sure you give them the error number.
This support is free and while it may take them several days to get in touch
with you, they do a good job helping you sort out your problem. At least they
did for me. My error number was not the same but the solution they gave
worked.
