Error code: 0x80240030 Help

When trying to run Windows update I keep getting:

Windows Update has encountered an error and cannot display the requested
page. You may find the following resources helpful in resolving the problem:

For self-help options:

Windows Update Troubleshooter
Windows Update Newsgroups
For assisted support options:
Microsoft Online Assisted Support (no-cost for Windows Update issues)

Anyone have any suggestions? I have not been able to find the error number
listed in any of the help pages.

Click on the Online Assisted Support link. You will get Microsoft Tech
support on the problem via email. Make sure you give them the error number.
This support is free and while it may take them several days to get in touch
with you, they do a good job helping you sort out your problem. At least they
did for me. My error number was not the same but the solution they gave
worked.
