Error Code 0X80242007 for update KB923689

I have automatic update sceduled. It has been trying to download and install
"Security update Win 2000 KB923689" for 4 days now.
I get Error code 0X80242007.

Can anyone help me solve this problem?

Have you tried a reboot? Error code:
