this is the error code my mother gets when she tried going to windows
update .
it keeps telling her that her windows product key is not valid and she
cant get any updates.
she has reformatted her computer twice and she did a non destructive
install since getting this emachine in jan 2005 due to several serious
viruses.
she has also used system restore several times
but lately it says cannot restore to that point in time
