Error Code " 0xC800021F" ?

When I want to update my computer, the page awalys shows me that "error
code: 0xC800021F". I search the assistant center to find the massage of this
error code. But I can't find anything about this error code. Would somebody
help me? Thanks a lot.

My *guess* by converting the lower half to decimal would be
