Error code 0xC8000711

Hello
a ppl in my company made a mistake, ha deleted a server in WSUS 3. my
problem is impossible get it again in the console.
my server WSUS is a 2003 and my client windows 2000 SP4

I check windowsUpdate.log and i see this error

i search on the web and
i did
stop updatre service => remove folder "Softwaredistribution" and start
update service and wuauclt /detectnow
i have the same mistake
i checked services BITS (it is in manual), update service started and
eventlog service started
I use Diag client and he says me all it s ok
i don't know what i need to do.
