Error Code: 0xE0434F4D

I received this error message while trying to install the Microsoft .NET
Framework 1.0 Service Pack 3, English Version on my Windows Server 2003
server. This update is detected when I try to run the Microsoft Update. Can
someone tell me how to correct or get around this error?
