Error code 1935

When I try to install Office 2007 Pro on my new laptop running Vista Ultimate
I receive the following error code 1935: 0X8007054f. I tried doing a search
for a solution I found some suggestions on the Microsoft web site. I tried
what it suggested and no luck. This error code has to do with the .NET 2.0.
Thanks in advance for any helpor suggestions.
