error code 3

After some upgrades, the view TV stopped working.
I did a restore to a point that things worked but now I keep getting
component registration errors.
What can I download to make it all better?

You receive a "Component Registration Failure" error message, a "Critical
Process Failure" error message, or a "Tuner Not Found" error message after
you install Update Rollup 2 for Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition
