Thanks for your helpful reply. When I go to Device Manager, then Network
Adapters, there are about 20 items listed with yellow warning triangles! 3
questions again! 1. Do I have to find the drivers for all these individually?
2. It says these are Microsoft drivers - so why can't Microsoft fix this?
Shouldn't I get the drivers from Microsoft? 3. The error message seems to
indicate it is not the drivers at fault (I think). It says for all 20 approx
items "This device is not working properly because windows cannot load the
drivers required for this device" (Code 31 error).
Does that change things?
