I have a Dell desktop.

I also have upgraded from windows xp to windows vista and installed al
of
the required drivers of my hardwares for windows vista.
When checking the network adapters under device manager, you see th
yellow
caution sign. And when reviewing the properties it says Microsoft 6to4
adapter is not functioning correctly.

The device status in the control panel states this error message :

This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load th
drivers
required for this device. (Code 31)

I understand that i have to either upgrade my driver(which i've don
but it says that it is already up to date) or go to Dell website to ge
a new one but the problem is, i can't get on the internet BECAUSE o
this problem, everytime i try to connect to the internet, a blue scree
appears and restarts my computer.
So, what do i do, how do i get a new driver?

Please, i would rerally appreciate if someone could help me with thi
problem.
thanks

Well you obviously connected to the internet to post this, so download the
Dell driver and save it to memory stick so you can install on the Dell PC
PS You should obtain drivers from Dell and not via MS Update

Code 31 and fix. Read through the article until you see Code 31

Ignore the Title. Your Upper and Lower filters are in question.
