Error code 537 Microsoft Office Service Pack

Ever since I got this update I have never been able to install it and I can't
find any relevent help online. I can't think of any reason why this wouldn't
install. Please help.

Assuming Office 2003...

Insert your Office 2003 CD into the appropriate drive bay before attempting
to install those updates again.

If you don't have the CD, see these KB articles (ignore the titles):

You receive an "Installation Error: File not Found" or "Error 0x51F" error
message when you try to update Office 2003 programs from the Office Update
Web site or the Office Download Center

Office updates are not successfully installed if you deploy updates by using
Windows Server Update Services or the Microsoft Update Web site after the
path of the local installation source changes
