Error Code 646 when trying to install KB977719

I am trying to install an update KB977719 and keep receiving a 646 error. The
update is for Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 Junk E-mail Filter. Does anyone
know how to clear this error?

Do a search in this newsgroup for "646" and to your amazement you'll find a
couple hundred posts on this error.
