Error code 66A, KB972222

I have tried x times to install the security update for MS Visual Studio 2008
SP1 (KB972222), it keeps failing, with error code 66A

I am using
Windows 7 Enterprise (6.1.7600)
MS Visual Studio Professional 2008 (Version 9.0.30729.1 SP, Microsoft .NET
Framework Version 3.5 SP1, 91605-270-4465162-60488)

Why are you doing that?
