Error code 799 when applying patch kb935569

I am getting a BCM version error message and have tried to down load the
aqbove patch.
However it does not install and gives me error 799
I am on business vista and office 2007

i am on BCM version 3.00.5828.00

If you are running a non-U.S. English version of Outlook 2007 with Business
Contact Manager and you are running Windows Vista, follow these steps to work
around this problem: 1. As an administrator, start each 2007 Office program
that is listed in the "Symptoms" section. To do this, follow these steps: a.
In Windows Explorer, locate the executable (.exe) file for the 2007 Office
program.
b. Right-click the .exe file, and then click Run as administrator.
c. If you receive the User Account Control dialog box, click Continue.

2. Click OK when you receive the error message.
When you run a 2007 Office program as an administrator and then you click OK
on the error message, the "Business Contact Manager for Outlook" add-in will
be disabled for that 2007 Office program.
