Error Code 8004827d

I received this error code a few days ago after trying to login to my msn, i
have tried uninstalling and reinstalling msn messenger 8 5 times and continue
to get the same error. Does anyone know who to fix this problem? I do not
know what to do

Does the troubleshooter button appear? If so, press it and see what categories it finds
difficulty with, then reply back with your results.
