Error code 80070020

When I try to instal an update from windows update it show thath message:
"Error code 80070020" and i can't install the update.
can you help me?

another process" error message when you try to download an update from Windows Update or
from Microsoft Update

If you use BitDefender antivirus v10, you need to turn off your antivirus
scan then run update.
