Hi Jonathan
i recently formated my pc, i have win XP
and my msn live does not have start sending webcam option
but only start video call.
i dont know what can be the problem, before the formating
it was working fine.
and also the video sending and receiving works fine with other software.

Greetings,

You'll need to uninstall the current Messenger by pressing the Windows key and R on the
keyboard, input the following:
msiexec /x {B57EAFF2-D6EE-4C6C-9175-ED9F17BFC1BC}
and click OK. You'll be prompted to uninstall the product, select Yes and let it complete.

Then download and run the following MSI file to install the previous version of Messenger:
http://messenger.jonathankay.com/redir/w3qfe2/wlm.asp

After that Messenger should appear on your start menu and you should be good to go.

Hey! I got the same problem, the last link gives the following error:
Oeps! Internet Explorer kan geen verbinding maken met
artifact.tx.us.msgplus.net
[translation in case your Dutch isn't so well:P]: Internet explorer can't
connect with artifact.tx.us.msgplus.net
I hope you can help me, because my MSN doen't work either.
